In Perth, the secret after party location was finally revealed to diners as they were seated at their restaurants; Perth’s luxe XO Lounge. After dinner, Hyundai transported guests to a very unique Pre-Party hosted by expert mixologists Cocktail Gastronomy in the courtyard of the Exchange Plaza, where they served an amazing Cherry Ripe cocktail and dessert creation using WA’s very own vodka from the Great Southern Distilling Company.
Guests then made their way up the red carpet into the XO Lounge, where they waited for Dine for Life founders Natasha Di Ciano and Andjelka Matic to arrive by plane from the South West; they dined at the Other Side of the Moon Restaurant, opened the South West secret after party at Quay West Resort Bunker Bay and then flew a sponsored charter flight back to address the Perth after party.
VIPs included: • Tony McManus from 6PR, who was the MC for the evening • Aurelio Costarella • Josh Catalano and girlfriend Brooke Vivoda

There were 15 restaurants involved in the Spring Dinner across the two regions.
Perth’s venues that hosted the dinner include Jackson’s Restaurant, Rockpool Bar & Grill, Mosmans Restaurant, Restaurant Amuse, Lamont’s Bishop’s House, 1907 Restaurant, Divido, Sentinel Bar & Grill, Beluga and La Lola.
